  • Postsecondary education required
  • Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience, including Telesales
  • Strong phone presence and experience in dealing with high volume of calls per day
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills, which would include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills(written and oral)
  • Experience and familiarity with a Customer service and office environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Developed interpersonal skills; good team player
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail
  • French language skills are not required but would be an asset
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines, works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Generate new leads through referrals and market research
  • Responsible for sales targets, both collective and individual
  • Cold call leads, speak with decision makers to generate interest in company‚Äôs products
  • Drive Leads from Cold to Hot and properly route to right sales channel.
  • Complete market research and analysis
  • Book appointments for Sales Reps to visit clients face to face
  • Make after-sales service calls as needed
  • Support internal management in developing existing and potential clients
  • Update CRM database.
  • Sell company’s product (via telephone, web, or email)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong rapport with customers
  • Develop knowledge of Company’s products and competitive environment
  • Receive and process customer orders and respond to order inquiries
